The Blue Tiger Cub Reporters are the Youth attending the Lincoln University Cooperative Extension (LUCE) after school and summer enrichment programs in Southeast Missouri reporting on their activities and what they have learned.

The Blue Tiger Cub Reporters chose their name based on the Blue Tiger being the Lincoln University Mascot and that they were new or "Cub" reporters.
